This is a simple place to start. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way, this conversation gives you space to pause and sort through what’s going on. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you come. You can show up exactly as you are. During our time together, we’ll talk about what’s feeling hard, where you feel stuck, and what you actually need right now. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer perspective, and help you begin to see a path forward that fits your life. Many women leave this conversation feeling more clear, more grounded, and with a better sense of what their next step could be. This is not a sales call. It’s a real conversation. If it feels like a good fit to continue working together, I’ll share what that could look like. If not, you’ll still walk away with something useful. You don’t have to keep doing this on your own.
